LEAD, SOUTH DAKOTA – Dakota Gold Corp. (NYSE American: DC) (“Dakota Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received authorization from the NYSE American to list its common stock purchase warrants and the Company anticipates that trading will commence on or about Tuesday August 30, 2022. Dakota Gold’s warrants will trade under the symbol “DC.WS” and will have a CUSIP of number of 46655E118.
