JR Resources and DTRC Merger Information
In March 2022, Dakota Territory Resource Corp. (“DTRC”) and JR Resources Corp. (“JR Resources”) completed a merger to become Dakota Gold Corp. ("Dakota Gold"). Following the merger, Dakota Gold uplisted to the NYSE American and began trading under the symbol DC.
